Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. There is a smoking area outside, at the front of the building.
Please note that the cleaner will only maintain the cleanliness of the property and will not clean excess mess or dishes.
Please kindly dispose of rubbish in the provided waste bins and leave your rinsed dishes in the dishwasher.
There will be a charge deducted from your deposit for any broken/misuse of furniture or damage to walls and an additional cleaning charge for leftover mess.
All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children).
A photographic driver's licence/passport is required to show at check-in. Please inform City Center Financial District Three Bedroom Duplex Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

: 2018 世界盃足球賽日前結束八強賽，英格蘭以 2:0 踢贏瑞典，也是繼 1966 年、 1990 年後，睽違 28 年再度擠進四強。面對即將迎來和克羅埃西亞的半決賽，英格蘭訓練時不是踢足球，而是出現各式各樣的「尖叫雞」玩偶，並在球場快樂的互相爭搶，臉上洋溢著開心笑容。

事實上，英格蘭的訓練一向輕鬆快樂，過去除了有籃球、保齡球，還有獨角獸泳池趴、扔飛鏢等花式訓練，甚至出現多種奇形怪狀的訓練器材。在半決賽前夕，主帥索斯蓋特（ Gareth Southgate ）今（ 10 ）日訓練時，特別拿出「尖叫雞」的橡膠玩偶，只見隊員開心的拿著「尖叫雞」追逐打鬧、相互爭搶，興致勃勃地進行「熱身」，臉上笑意擋不住。
對此，索斯蓋特表示，希望透過這種方式減輕球員壓力，讓他們帶著愉快的心情對戰克羅埃西亞，並藉此訓練球員快速移動、提升反應速度。英格蘭隊也預計在今晚前往莫斯科。

賽後詹詠然表示兩人剛開賽時還在觀望對手，較沒有專注在自己的比賽中，因此讓對手掌握比賽節奏，所幸隨後便搶回主導權、順利贏下比賽，至於自己是因為天氣過於炎熱加上還在調整時差的關係，比賽中有些頭暈，但並沒有大礙。
即使是星期六早上9點半的比賽，詹家姊妹出賽時依舊吸引大量球迷進場，對此詹皓晴表示相當感謝球迷的支持：「尤其現場都是台灣人、會讓我們感到特別安心。」
詹詠然也表示球迷的加油聲總是讓她腎上腺素飆高、特別興奮，飽受高溫所苦的她也貼心提醒球迷一定要做好防曬並隨時補充水分，才能持續和太陽奮鬥、好好為選手們加油。
